Join us at the Monrovia Library for a spooktacular Halloween event in collaboration with the City of Monrovia's celebration at Library Park. Ghouls and goblins of all ages are invited to enjoy a festive time inside the Library, featuring holiday-themed stories on film and a treat. Outside activities in Library Park will be from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m.
