Relax Into Writing
In this workshop, you can gather ideas about taking care of your body while you write, read, or sit for long periods of time.
You’ll learn a mix of mindfulness techniques and simple stretches that you can do from your chair. These activities are a perfect springboard into journal writing and to approaching all kinds of writing with confidence.
You’ll leave this workshop with tips on writing and resources on relaxation, not to mention happier shoulders!
Please have available comfortable seating, writing tools (notepad, paper, or pen), and comfortable attire.

Amy Prevedel is an independent adult literacy consultant, certified yoga teacher, and writing workshop facilitator. This event is open to writers with very beginning skills to very advanced skills. And to anyone who would like to take a relaxation break!
