Crafternoon Hangout

Hangout with Ms. Amanda and fellow craft enthusiasts for an afternoon of crafting and chatting!

Pick up a special DIY box of materials prior to the event so you're ready to make whatever you can imagine! Kits will include a variety of craft supplies and materials. Quantities are limited, please register for each child receiving a kit. Once you have registered you will receive instructions for pick-up. Please do not come to the library before receiving confirmation. In order to provide resources to everyone in the community we ask that you only take one for each child in your household. This program is suitable for grades K-5 only. 

**Important: There is only 1 kit available per school aged child. If you have already received a kit from our previous Crafternoon Hangout(s) please do not register for another kit. If you would like to participate in the live Zoom hangout email acarey@ci.monrovia.ca.us to receive the Zoom link. **

Kits will be distributed until the day of the live Zoom hangout on July 17th at 2pm. During our Zoom Hangout kids will be able to create whatever they want from the kits and materials found at home. Some ideas for items to collect at home are: paper towel rolls, scratch paper, egg cartons, and other recycled materials. We will spend some time crafting together and then we will all share what we made at the end. 

Please remember that some of these kits have small pieces so younger children should be monitored at all times.
