Let’s connect with mindful facilitator and certified yoga teacher, Peggy Burt, in a workshop that supports well-being, mindfulness, health, and creativity. Join us in welcoming June, when the beauty of summer is blossoming
Peggy's creative prompts will lead participants through some mindful arts and mindful movement for stress reduction and joy. We will have a gentle yoga practice that you may do with either a chair or free standing - no experience required. Included in this program is a guided meditation where you can relax in a seated or lying down position in the comfort of your home.
Let's step into summer with a moment of self care, self compassion, and an opportunity to fill your cup to the brim!
Please have available:
- Comfortable clothes, and a comfortable place to sit and/or lie down
- A journal or notebook with pen, pencil or art supplies – crayons, pastels, colored pencils, etc.
- A chair or mat for yoga
- An open heart and open mind.
