Event Details
Young ghouls and goblins are invited to enjoy Halloween fun inside the Library. Come sit for a spell and listen to a few holiday stories while eating fresh popcorn. Costumes are welcome. Free for all ages. Additional activities hosted by the City of Monrovia will be on Myrtle Avenue and in Library Park from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m.
