Senior Support Workshop with Foothill Family

Caregiving is mentally and physically demanding, so we must attend to ourselves in order to attend to others. This workshop on Seniors Caring for Seniors will provide you with preventative tips to avoid burnout and resources to best care for ourselves and our loved ones.
