Celebrate Lunar New Year with us at the library! Families can enjoy an unforgettable performance by the Field Elementary Lion Dance Team, a live performance by Korean Classical Music & Dance Company, create festive themed crafts, receive free books for the home library, and experience the beautiful sounds of the traditional Chinese guqin instrument in a special demonstration. Join us in front of the library building to kick off this vibrant cultural event for all ages.
1:00 - Field Elementary Lion Dance Team performs in Lobby
1:15 to 3:00 - Crafts in Youth Services Area (while supplies last)
1:40 - Guqin Chinese Instrument Demonstration in Lobby
2:00 - Community Room: Enjoy free books for the home library and a live performance presented by Music Center of Los Angeles: Korean Classical Music & Dance Company. Free books while supplies last.
