Event Details
Join us to learn about our neighbors - the black bears. We will share some pictures and engage in fun, hands-on activity where children step into the paws of a California black bear. Through games, movement, and discover, children will learn what bears eat, how they survive, and how we can help keep them safe. We will explore how people and bears can share the same space. This program is presented in partnership with and in support of the One Book, One City literacy initiative.
